• Power - The facility itself has a power density of 225 Watts per square foot with redundant power utility feeds delivered underground to eliminate outages due to wind, snow and ice. Iowa power costs are among the lowest in the nation.

• Cooling - Cooling through packaged HVAC units located at the side of the facility to minimize roof penetrations.

• Security - The data center is monitored and controlled 24/7/365 by video monitoring, DVR retention, key card security and biometric access points. Data center physical security complies with PCI-DSS v2.0, HIPAA / HITECH guidelines and is audited annually using SSAE-16.
